Bully Pedex No Refund Policy
Bully Pedex strives to provide a valuable service to our members. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be considered.
1. Refund Eligibility
a. Technical Issues Preventing Access
A full or prorated refund may be issued if you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your Bully Pedex membership portal for an extended period (to be determined on a case-by-case basis) despite our best efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds will be based on the duration of the service disruption.
b. Accidental Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase a membership plan twice within a short timeframe (typically within 24 hours), a full refund may be issued for the duplicate purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
a. Dissatisfaction with Service or Features
Membership fees are non-refundable for dissatisfaction with the service offering, features, or content. We encourage you to thoroughly review our membership plans and features before subscribing.
b. Cancellation After Membership Term Begins
Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership term begins. This applies to all membership plans, including annual and Lifetime subscriptions.
In addition, refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
- Instances of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification of the service.
- Client dissatisfaction without documented service failures.
- Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without following the defined refund request process will result in immediate breach of contract. Clients are liable for reimbursing any chargeback fees incurred by Bully Pedex in response to false or unauthorized chargebacks.
4. Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Bully Pedex reserves the right to review the circumstances, verify the service delivery, and take necessary action to resolve the issue. Non-compliance with the refund policy may result in termination of the service agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms outlined above, please contact Bully Pedex by sending an email to [email protected] or calling us at 888 392 7218. Be sure to include your name, email address, membership details, a brief explanation of your request, and any supporting documentation.
We will review your request and respond within 10 business days of receipt. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Bully Pedex.
