By purchasing or accessing any Bully Pedex product, you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy.

1. Refund Policy Statement

Bully Pedex does not issue refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Lifetime subscriptions
• Promotional, discounted, or trial-based plans

Once access is granted, the service is considered fully delivered.

2. Technical Issues

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds. Bully Pedex may attempt to assist with access or platform-related problems, but such assistance does not imply refund eligibility. All services are provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Non-Refundable Situations (Including but Not Limited To)

Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product deemed "unacceptable," "not as described," "not useful," or "not what was expected"
• Dissatisfaction with features, performance, content, or results
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure or inability to use the service
• Lack of technical knowledge or experience
• Accidental or duplicate purchases
• Subscription renewals (manual or automatic)
• Forgotten cancellations
• Temporary outages, maintenance, or updates
• Differences in personal expectations, interpretation, or intended use

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute for any reason, including "product unacceptable" or "not as described", is considered a material breach of contract. In such cases:

• Account access will be immediately terminated
• All services will be permanently revoked
• You will be liable for any chargeback and administrative fees
• Bully Pedex may submit usage logs, IP data, timestamps, and policy acceptance records to contest the dispute

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel to prevent future billing (where applicable), but:

• Cancellation does not result in a refund
• Any unused access period is forfeited
• Lifetime subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable
